2508 24th Street is not a rental. It is a fully restored 1940s Tech Terrace home, thoughtfully furnished and quietly stocked so that arriving feels effortless — a linear glass-front fireplace, natural oak floors, a hand-selected art collection, and rooms that pull in West Texas light all day.
We host families, medical rotations, Tech parents on game weekends, and small groups seeking a reset. The property centers on the outdoors — a private pool, shaded pergola dining, and a lounge courtyard — but the details, from linens to the coffee bar, are what guests remember.
